Default Differences in these cams...224 228 232

I'm thinking of a Heads/Cam package from APE.
These are the cams they are offering. I was wondering if anyone
can tell me anything about the DIFFERENCES in them.

224/228 .588 .588 114 LSA
vs.
228/228 .588 .588 114 LSA
vs.
232/232 .595 .595 114 LSA

I know that PEAK HP would be about 5-10 difference, increasing with
each "aftermarket" cam. However I"m unsure of what other differences
there are between them. Such as:
Low end torque?
Drivability on daily driver?
Lope at idle?
Idle RPM of each?
"Power range of RPM"? (where you can "feel" this cam pull the most)
etc...

I have read that cams with HIGHER exhaust duration are better for nitrous
and will GENERALLY have less low end torque compared to a cam with
the same INTAKE and EXHAUST duration.
I am going to stay N/A so I'm thinking 228/228.
This is my first "modified" car.
It's a daily driver.

Answers I'm looking for would be something like someone telling me that
the 228 vs the 232 is the same until 4000RPM, then the 232 would be
slightly stronger until rev limiter, however below 4000RPM, they are the
exact same to drive, but the 232 will need 200 more RPM to idle, somewhere around 1000RPM. Something like that would be helpful to me.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
thanks.

Well mine is the 228. I have a small converter so I was told not to go higher on the cam. I love mine and it made good power but I also have heads too. It is not my daily driver but, it does not give me any problems driving. That is with a tune. Good luck! Here is my graph.

Did you ask APE? They will answer. Send Chris or Brian a PM.

Any of those cams are a good choice. The bigger of them will make the most HP. All of them can be streetable, the larger cams will have a little more noticable idle to them. If you need anymore help just give us a call.

Thanks,
