Harland Sharp install with pics :)
THE OLD

THE NEW

You can see on this one where I had to Clearance the corner of the rocker....had to do this on all 4 corners on my 5.3L heads...casting #862

All of them are a tight squeeze..but I have about .010-.016 clearance around each one....only the corneres of the very outside ones had to be modified...
Ran around the block just to get the engine warm, and gas it a little.....
I can definately feel the difference with them....and it feels like it revs faster and smoother...
Definately worth the $$$ in my opinion
and now I no longer have to worry about the crappy stock ones breaking or twisting on the valve....and they are supposed to be lighter too...
the harlands weighed 10 oz for a pair locked together by the center stabilizer shaft.... 2 stock ones and no center stabilizer shaft...same weight....but thats also without the shaft in the middle(which means the harlands weigh less...)of course...my scale could also be broken or not reading properly....either way...driving to work today...I could feel a difference...adn I noticed my oil pressure was a little better, and my temperatres were a little lower(just like harlands site claims would happen)...again..might just be a coincidence...we'll see after a little more time...
and I will be dyno tuning at Raging Motorsports this coming monday the 17th to see what my 5.3L heads and rockers have added to my #'s
my initial thoughts....

We have done 2 installs on the HS rocker arms up here in the NW area. And on both aplications we had to mill the corners of the outer most rocker arms. This was on a set of LS1 heads and LS6 heads.
