Question Mismatched Heads

Hey guys got a quick question for you. A while back a snapped a plug off in my passengers side Head. I have since purchased some 98 Heads off E-Bay with 33k miles on them. I was thinking about just throwing on of those heads on the passengers side and not worry about drilling the plug out of the other head and then putting it back on. Can you guys tell me if I will have any problems running a 33k miles head on one side and a 113k mile head on the other side. Im using the same rockers and pushrods from the other head so it should be just fine but I don't want to lose any power running a mismatch like this. I really don't want to replace the drives side head as it looks like a major PITA to do and by the time i get done with the passengers side head it will be a long time before i can ever dream of putting anything else into that motor. Very painful experience although still not over $200 bucks in cost so thats one good thing
