2004 LS1 & 2001 LS6 Heads, which gaskets? I have a 2004 Vette with an LS1 in it. I have a set of 2001 LS6 heads I got at a good price. I want to put them on my car. However I understand there were some changes made in the head gasket beginning, I believe with the 2002 models. Can anyone tell me what's different between them and help me determine which head gasket should be used?
