Default Water Leak - How Bad Is It?

Came home from a four day trip to find a pool of water under my LS1 in my coupe. I appears that there is a hairline crack in the block and possibly the hole for the motor mount. See picture below. In total it looks like 8-12 oz of water has leaked. I fortunately had a plastic tool box under the motor and all the water was caught in the lid of the tool box.

I am thinking the worst but I thought I would post and get some feedback from the forum. Thanks for the help and let me know what you would do in this situation.

Thanks...Kevin

Fortunately the motor has not been running so I am hoping everything else is fine assuming the block is toast.

Block repair would be cheaper? New block from GM is 1000. My be able to get one from recycler for less.
