head part number 12559855 Looking for a pair of 243/799 heads. I found these, but the part number 12559855, looks to be a "one size fits all" part number. Cant find any specs on this head. Is this a good head to put on a 6.0L to bring compression up to about 10.2:1 without milling?

I asked for the casting numbers, waiting for a reply. Did some research and I see these heads listed as replacement heads for several engines. The LS1 crate engine , with these heads, is listed as 350 HP and 10.25:1 c/r. Isnt that higher than the old 2002 ratings for an LS1?

Yeah those heads should do pretty good once they are worked over a bit, and you get that compression up. When I swapped my 5.7 LS1 to my current 6.0 LQ9 I just reused my 862 heads, and gained a bit of power from the compression jump. The torque was noticeable too
