Default Ls1 rebuilt/issues

Hey guys, its been awhile since ive been on here, but anyway i have a 99 trans am 6sp I rebuilt the motor new rings bearings,ms4 cam,241 milled heads ls6 lifters new stock ls6 oil pump ls2 timing set long tubes(which have been on the car before rebuild). The car started great broke it in got her tuned found out my pump was failing while on the dyno(made 367whp and 355ftq), but ever since the first start the oil pressure is 42psi cold, then driving around a few hours on a hot day it is 20-26psi hot(electric gauge/and mechanical)also i have replaced 3 rear main seals since the rebuild. Now i have never alighned the cover which may be the reason behind leaks, but my tuner said that it vibrates more than a cammed car should(have poly motor/tranny mounts)friend of mine who builds lsx motors says that just aligning the cover and replaith a ported unit wont fix anything he says the motor needs to be torn apart because something is off balance and chewing up my bearings(never saw metal shavings in my oil tho only a tiny bit after my first 500mile oil change from rebuilding.Im just looking for opinions on the issue since i cannot really afford pulling the motor and rebuilding again just on a hunch.what do you all think? Sorry for the long story.
