Default LQ9 pistons

I have a 2000 6.0, found a set of LQ9, 05 pistons and rods. What will the comp be with these flat top pistons and 317 heads? I plan on turbo, so I want to make sure. I plan to rebalance everything, also should I have the pistons cut for PV clearance while they are out? Haven't picked a cam yet. Any other problems I'll run into?

LQ9 engines were 10 to one with factory head gaskets. If you just do a clean up mill on the heads and put some LS9 head gaskets on with some studs, you'll be boost ready. No real need to cut reliefs into the pistons as a turbo application only needs a 224 range .568" lift with 114 lobe separation
sized cam. You should have plenty of clearance.

the only difference between ls2 and lq9 pistons ithat I know of is that the ls2 pistons use different piston rings, 1.2mm, 1.5mm and a 2.5mm and the lq9 uses a 1.5mm, 1.5mm, and a 2.5mm.
