I have a 99 silverado with a 5.3 and am new to the whole making trucks fast so I'm just looking for a few pointers on how and what I will need to get the most power possible out of my 5.3. Thanks

 

Cam, valve springs, intake, headers, gears, stall, nitrous and tune.

All depends on your goals for power and drive ability.

 

I'd like to make make around 450 and still have the truck as an every day drive if it needed to be. Truck is stock other the a CAI, thought of a head swap but not sure what to go with maybe 243? And what size cam would you recommend?
