Re: 6.0L heads with 5.7L gaskets A friend of mine has the same heads as me and was spraying a 100 dry shot. When spraying, he was getting bubbles in the coolant overflow tank. It was discovered he needed to use a larger bore gasket than 4.00 to prevent lifting of the head.

akw408-this applies to all blown/sprayed applications more than n/a due to the higher actual cylinder pressure.
