Default TSP 1 7/8 Headers?

About to order TSP 1 7/8 headers for a 2000 LS-1 SS but I'm a lil lost. Do I need the 19" O2 extensions? Going with the TSP X-pipe and true duals. thanks.

No you don't need to buy the extensions. Look up the o2 sensor repin. I don't remember the exact name of the thread but it is something like "no longer need corvette o2 sensors". All you basically do is switch the pins around for the forward and rear o2 sensors so that your rears act as the fronts which are farther back. And since you already deleted the rear o2 sensors, unless you have cats and kept them on, you can just remove the fronts. I've had no issues at all this way. Saves some money too.

IMO just buy the extensions. Easy, cheap, and that way your not messing with pins.

You will need to get some extensions or do modifications to make yours work. For 40.00 and less hassle, I'd rather just run extensions myself.

Not trying to say don't buy the extensions but just saying if you don't want to spend the $40 then you can do it in all of 10min. You just have to swap a total of 4 pins.

Are the vette rear o2's still a popular upgrade because of the no harness' needed and also the stronger heaters help keep the switching codes from showing up.
