Default 4.8 "limp mode"?

My 4.8 keeps going into some kind of limp mode. It losses almost all its power. It will still go under its on will but it is not right at all. I had codes pulled and got p0200 and p0102. Replaced the maf sensor but I have no idea were to start with the injector circuit problem.
If it was an injector problem, wouldn't it throw a missfire code as well?

I swapped all my my injectors along with the rail with some I had laying around and it got 10 times worse. And won't even start this morning. So I when and got a multimeter so I can test them. And hopefully I have 8 good injectors out of 16 to swap around
I also checked all the injector wires with a test light and none of them are grounded that I can find.
So after the injector testing, I will do a voltage test, and if all that fails I'm throwing in the towl and its going to the shop!
