Could I have my tea ls6 heads open up to use on a ls3 bottom end.i want a 416 stroker but I've heard putting a 4.10 crank in the ls2 is a bad idea

4" stroke is all I'd go. After that you start to get more piston wear. I can tell you i LOVE my 408 though

you are giving up way to much airflow keeping the 243s with those cubes. Sell them and get GMPP CNC LS3 heads- they retail for $1200/pair assembled with lightweight LS3 valves.

With 416 cubes I would run LS3 heads over those. You can probably buy a complete LS3 topend for the same price you can sell those TEA LS6's for. I bought some brand new assembled LS3 heads here in the classifieds section for $675 shipped to my door.
