Bought a used engine a while back with a cam with the grind "RRS1-231-237" "TANA 112" etched in and "231816" stamped in.

Was told it was a 237/238 .600 .600 cam.
Base circle measured 1.45 and peak lift was 1.81 leaving me with a .360 cam or .612 valve lift.

Google comp crane lunati and search here hasn't helped.

Any help appreciated
