I ls6 swapped my 05 gmc sierra and it was running fine at first but now has a horrible tick or knock I have a video just need help figuring out if it's a bad lifter or a bad rod bearing

 

If the sound goes away within 1.5 minutes of a cold start it is probably not an issue.

At the risk of stating the obvious, lifter noises are high on the engine and rod noises are low on the engine.

Do you have any metal in the oil/filter when changing the oil?
