Talking help with a moderate lq4 build

Hey guys!!! Before we get off on the old YA this guy is new. yep that's me im new to the ls/lq engine setup. I got a lq4 motor out of a wrecked 01 firebird for $200. I know they came with the 3.8 v6 or the 5.7 v8, it looked to be someones project fun car??? the salvage yard put their paper tag on it stating a good used ls1. I got it home and I saw on the block it said 6.0??? hey coolness. my 60 Bonneville does not have the original 389 in it it has a 455 out of a 70 gto judge. I really want to do this swap mainly for gas milage im getting about 7 mpg lol. im looking to get about 390-410hp/tq and prefer a loby cam like I have now. again I know nothing about the lq4's or what combo's work, any help would be apriciated thanks for all your input.

Is that a wheel HP/tq goal or crank? Either way a small cam and bolt one will more than get you there.
