considering the lsxrt fast intake Im in the middle of a 370 swap into a gbody monte carlo, and im considering a fast intake. My set up is as follows, thompson 370, tsp 228r cam on a 112, prc stage 1 ls6 heads milled for 11-1, 8.1 marine injectors.

I'd do it. It's a better intake than the car intakes. If it fit on the F-Body, I'd do it. But then a whole host of other intake options open up that are cheaper... But you have to get a cam designed around them and the 228R works well with the stock-style intakes.
