Trunnion Bearings: how to remove?

Trunnion Bearings: how to remove? I'm shamefully asking for anyone with experience in removing the trunnion bearing from the rocker arm. I was in a hurry and put the LAST bearing in backward, part number facing in. I need to remove it but I don't want to press the bearing back out and **** it up.
Has anyone else made this idiot mistake and what did you do to fix it? I tried searching but came up with nothing, I tried Summit support and got nothing, if I can't get a confirmation from someone who has done it I will just press them out and buy new bearings. I just don't want to do that because I want to have it done today.

Cool, I was just worried about damaging the new bearing while pressing it back out. Being that the bearing is completely cased on both sides, it seems unnecessary to require them to be directional, but I didn't want one stupid little mistake to become a big mistake.

The CC directions make it VERY clear that there is a difference. Doubt they would have printed that, had it not.
Press it in backwards, and you can/will crush the brg shell. BTDT.
CC sent me a couple new pieces. I pd the frt.
