Default what is the preferable cam for my setup

I have a 98 Pontiac trans am with these mods, I'm trying to stay at .570 lift or below cause that is what my springs are rated for, I currently have a stock ls6 cam that is .550 lift and I think 204/218 duration at .050. I had not ever had this car tuned with this cam but I do have hptuners coming and will be here tomorrow. I have pacesetter longtube headers. Pacesetter off road y pipe with slp performance loud mouth exhaust system. I also have air box lid from slp and a 160 stat. I'm in Utah and run 13.8 secs at this altitude with the current setup with no tune. One cam I was looking at is the ***** thumpr .563/.548 lift and 283/303 advertised duration. Or trick flow specialties .560/.560 lift and 285/292 advertised duration, or xfi .566/.568 with a 275/277 advertised duration, or a howards at .561/.561 and 272/272 or this comp xfi ..558/.563 and 265/271. Your input is greatly appreciated those were all found at summit racing

You need to speak with Texas Speed about an off the shelf cam & what you do & don't want to replace due to the cam size.
