A couple of ? A got my h/c package the other day. It came with Yella Terra rockes with shims. One of the shims is missing. I believe that they are the ford lifter adjustment shim. Does anyone have the part # for them and is that what they are called.
The second question is should I try and remove the tool marks for the combustion chambers of the heads. I was suprised that there are quite afew ridges running through the combustion chamber. I have heard that this can cause detonation. I would ask the shop where I got them from but they are very busy at this time and the email that I sent was returned because the recievers account was full.
