6.0 PTV clearance with this cam

have a stock 03 6.0 using the stock heads cant afford to pull them at this time, Budget build if you will. LT will be my only upgrade at this time.

have a chance to get this cam on the cheap- 236/242 612lift 112LC from what I have read I should be ok but would like to here some more input

"Should" and "Are" really are two different things.

you NEED to MEASURE to be sure. ANY respectable builder will tell you that.

with NO supporting mods besides el cheapo long tubes on stock 6.0...probably a LQ4 so lower compression...that cam would not really be optimal either...

I understand this isn't the optimal set up at this time, but I am just trying to get the swap done(67 firebird, 4spd stick,410) I plan on adding a intake and heads by year end.
