383 stroking ls1

So I want to achieve 400 at the wheels then get up to 500 some time after.. I have a stock 2000 ss A4, it's my daily. I plan on stroking it to a 383 then some other stuff.. I just don't know what kit to go with and what order to do a
Everything in? Should I save up for cams/headers first or a stroker kit and save up for the labor it will cost

To get to 400-450 at the wheels anywhere from 2500-5000 or more. That's just an estimate
