Default ls6 vs. c5-r difference

Besides the block are there any other differences between the c5-r motor and the ls6? trying to sell my c5-r but want to keep the motor from it and just throw in a ls6 from a cts-v but need to know if the location of accessories
such as ac/alt brackets are the same on the two motors before i buy the motor.
Also just out of curiosity are the heads, manifolds, oilpan interchangeable between the C5-r motor and the ls1/ls6?

well the c5-r runs a wetsump system. I heard they are just a very heavily modified ls1 with 7.0l block. It also has cathedral ports on the head
Now i just read in an article that you can use any heads from any ls motor on the c5-r, only difference is the flow. I guess i have to find some photos of a ls6 block and compare mounting holes with the c5-r
