Default Help me!

I have a 1999 5.3 chevy truck and I was wondering what's the biggest cam you can put into a stock engine. Without having to change everything? I was wanting to get more power out of it.

What do you mean by "change everything" ? 99% of the cams out there will require you to change valve springs and push rods, and if its a auto trans you'll need a higher stall converter.
