misfire issue lsx turbo

misfire issue lsx turbo so heres the deal
i have a 86 foxbody and its has a freshy rebuilt 5.7 LS1 with a s480 custom turbo kit on it and i have a mean misfire
had a base tune done on it to start it it has msd coils, 80lbs siemen injectors, front 02s in and working, all new OEM sensors, mass air is NOT plugged in ls6 intake
did a little diag and i feel it has a small vaccum leak at injectors but i pulled each coil one by one and every other coil didnt change the idle of the car
cant figure it out has a painless harness
any help would be mint
