Default back fire at high rpms

I have a 98 z28 a4, LT headers, ORY, and LM1 catback. When i drive right when it shifts if i am getting on itt it makes a loud pop but what really drives me insane is if i revv it to 4500+ it makes multiple popping noises. I did it all myself so maybe i messed up and air is getting in? It runs rich because no cats and no tune. I just want it to stop if possible.
