GM MLS gasket?
Can i install the gasket as is or do i need to spray them with anything.

The gasket bore should be as close to the cylinder bore as possible, without extending into the cylinder. The space between the cylinder wall/piston and the gasket is kind of a dead space. The flame front doesn't light that off very well. The bigger that dead space is, the more air/fuel doen't get lit.
You won't notice any difference in feel, but might lose a pony or two. The exhaust gas will read rich, even though it really isn't. And you might have trouble passing an emissions test.
