Don't no if this is the right section but does anybody no the weight difference between a sbc and lq9,lq4

It would depend on the displacement but sbc bare block is around 160-180 and according to the post at the top of this forum page the 6.0 block weighs 216. The rest will depend of what heads/manifold you run on each engine.
