Default Lean at WOT and won't idle.

1995 240sx with an lsx swap and a 228/228 cam, car ran good for a few months, then I developed rod knock. Pulled the motor and rebuilt it with stock in internals. Now sometimes I can get it to idle and sometimes it wont. When I can get it to idle, my wide band reads 14.8 to 15.4. When I Rev it the idle will start surging and it will stall. Finally decided to take it for a spin and it is lacking power at mid throttle, wide band reads about 15.7. When I go WOT wide band doesn't even register. Fuel pump and filter is new. Fuel pressure is good. Vacuum gauge reads about 16 to 18 inches at Idle. Did a compression test and got 155 to 160 on all 8. Oh and it is tuned for the cam. Could my cam be off 1 tooth and still run somewhat? Anybody have any other ideas?

Wrong forum. Tune/diagnostics is the best place to get this kind of help...

It's not a tuning issue. Somethings wrong with the motor.

Just finished putting the motor back together. Timing chain was installed correctly. I'm going to clean the maf ckeck again for vac leaks and recheck fuel pressure tomorrow. I don't know what else to look for.
