Default Help Planning First LS/LQ Build

Hey Guys,
I sold my old LT1 at the beginning of the summer and of course I'm regretting now. But I decided I wanted to go for an LS build this go around. Been looking for a couple weeks but can't find a build to mimic. This will be my first LS build so yes I'm stupid and need help. Goal is a 900 rwhp street car with occasional visits to the track.
I want to do a twin turbo LQ4/LQ9 but have a few questions.
1. I saw Texas Speed Shop sells assembled blocks would it be better and/or cheaper to pick one of those up or to look for a complete engine from the junkyard?
2. Gen 3 or Gen 4 Block? (because TSP offers both)
3. 24 or 58 tooth reluctor wheel?
4. 408, 370, or 364?
5. 317 heads or ___?
6. Intake & TB combo
7. Twin Turbo size recommendation
All input is greatly appreciated! Thanks

Since this is going to be a turbo build I'd post this same thread in the Forced-Induction section. I think you'll get better results there.

It all depends on the HP you want to put down. Look into the forced induction section.
