Default dynamic compression help

so im trying to figure out my dynamic compression ratio. my numbers on the cam card is all in .050. is there a conversion to get it to advertised so i can use the calculator? if anyone can help me its a ls1 383. 11.2 to 1 static, cam specs are 240/256 .647/.647 111lsa. im at sea level. also ABDC is 48 at .050. i came up with 9.94 to 1 with using that which i know is wrong.

there is no conversion that will be accurate for every cam. You need to know the numbers at 0.006" valve lift for your specific grind, contact the manufacturer.

This is only a rough guess since the duration @ .006" valve lift aren't known.

DCR 8.19, if the ramp rate of the lobes are 55
and...
DCR 8.38, if the ramp rate of the lobes are 50

So your DCR is roughly any where from 8.19 - 8.38 .

I'd say it is the 8.3:1 range. The cam is probably around a 50 degrees ramp from .006 to .050 and is installed on a 108 ICL per the ABDC @ .050.

Bottom line is if you wanted more static you have room to add more.
