Default Making power with a Lq4

I have been researching it over and over but I have yet to find a good answer on what I need to do. I found a lq4 bottom end with everything but the crank for $400 (which seems like a decent deal for a clean unmolested block ready for a rebuild). Basically I'm looking to pull all the new top end stuff that I just installed on my 160k ls1 for install on the lq4.

My goal is to make 450rwhp or better with the lq4 after it gets freshen up with some good pistons made to up the compression, arp goodies, alittle bigger cam that's in my ls1, and my 243 heads. Is that possible and if so what would you recommend for my lq4? I think that stroking it would be awesome but for my goals I feel that a stroker kit isn't the best bang for my buck.

Let me know!
