P0103 code help

P0103 code help So I have seen there were other post on the code, however none really seem to apply to my particular situation. I have a 98 vette with a blower and I am running speed density, so I don't have a maf sensor. This code seems to be directly related to a maf, when my car was tuned it was switched just for speed density. So the problem I am have is I no longer have 3rd or 4th and I know everyone will say the are weak, which I understand, however I am wanting to try and get this cleared just to see if I can be lucky for once. Any ideas will help help, I'm not sure if a PCM can lose a tune but hey you never know if you don't ask. I also know that this code can cause shift problems in early ls1 platforms, which is what I'm hoping for these things are pricey.
