Default Ticking noise

What is generally causing a ticking noise. It's usually not there when my car is cold. But after it warms up, its usually 3-4 per second. I know its coming from the passenger side, but i can't tell where. I had the headers on for around a month or more before this starting making noise. Any clues what it usually is? lifter...bent pushrod? header leak?

do you still have your air system? could be a burnt up check valve. i'd check that, and your pushrods. both are simple fixes.

Could also be a loose plug. The number 8 plug is such a bitch to get to that it sometimes doesn't get tightened well and works loose. After having my YT 1.8 rockers installed I had a ticking noise that I thought was an exhaust leak but turned out to be the plug. Just something else to check.
