im doing heads and cam on my 99 z28. i have some prc stg 2.5 5.3 heads. they are milled to 59cc. my goal is low 11s on motor and 10s with a 100 shot. i know i cant run a huge cam with the small chambers but i want my goals to be met. dont really want to wait for a custom grind. any off the shelf cams that will get me closer to my goal? looking at vrx5 sns stg 2 and g5x3. any others i should look into? any help would be greatly appreciated. i dont want a cam that makes all its power up high but also dont want one that doesent make any power up high.

 

I'd consider the Tick SNS Stage 2, Tick SH Stage 1v2, or the BTR Stage II .

I run the streetsweper ht and makes power everywhere. I think it'll help you easily with your goals.

 

i think ive decided on the si5 from speed inc. ive seen nothing but good reviews about that cam! the streetsweeper is still an option though

 

and my car has a 3600 stall. so some of the smaller cams above wont suit my needs.
