Debating on a 5.3 build So I've found a 5.3 complete motor, with wiring harness and everything for 125$. Kicker is the oil pump went out. The guy says it turns but it's hard to turn.
I plan on buying it, and tearing it completely down. And rebuilding it.
I'm wanting to put forged internals in and turbo it. And make atleast 700 rwhp. Was wondering if someone could point me on the right direction with a turbo set up.

The right direction would be the Forced Induction section on these forums....
But beware, nobody is going to pull out a big spoon and start feeding you every little detail unless you do lots of reading and research first. There are literally 50,000+ combinations you can use that will net you 700 rwhp.
