LR4 and LM7 all came with cathedral port heads. Mostly 706 and 862 castings. 243 castings are also cathedral port and came on the early LS6 Z06 motors(pre-2005 Vettes) and the LS2s.
Short version: All you asked about are cathedral port.
L76, L92, LS3 are rectangle port..LS7 and related are an exotic rectangle port...closer to square.
