Damaged heads.. fixable or even worth fixing?

Damaged heads.. fixable or even worth fixing? Acquired a set of patriot stage 3 heads from a buddy of mine. Have been sitting in my garage for about 3 years now collecting dust. Are these things even repairable or worth it for that matter? As you can see in the pics 1 cylinder on each bank had a head gasket failure etc... Have been sitting on the shelf ever since and I'm debating on just tossing them or selling them as mock ups.
What are the specs on these heads? If your 799's are stock, and these are cnc ported then it may be worth having them welded and resurfaced. Should not cost too much to have done.
Unless these have bronze guides in them, then maybe not, if you are using stock rockers. I prefer the GM guides.
