Default Changing Fuels

I currently run MS109 (105 (R+M)/2, 101MO, Oxygenated) in my 5.7L LS1 with 5.3 heads, and large cam Trans Am w/ Speed Density Tune. Car has 11.5:1 Compression Ratio and is currently tuned for Sunoco 260GT (100 (R+M)/2, 95MO, Oxygenated), but for the sake of what is readily available, VP fuels are the only fuel dealer in the area.

I'm looking at switching to C10 (100 (R+M)/2, 96MO, Non-Oxygenated) or VP101 (101 (R+M)/2, 97MO, Oxygenated).

I'm leaning towards switching to C10.

Thoughts?

Maybe better asked in the fueling section, not the internal engine section?
