This isn't like imports where you just have a 2.0, 2.3 and 2.4 for an engine. There are wild possibilities when it comes to bore/stroke combo, especially when budget isn't an obstacle.

Basically between a 4.8 to a 511(?) cubic inch tall deck motor there's many many combos that can be run.

Popular ones are the ones you listed, as well as 370, 414-416, and a rare 396 here and there.

You left out the most common size by a huge margin, the 5.3l used in the trucks SUVs and a few cars.
Bet there are more 5.3l than all the other sizes combined.

325, 364, 365, 366, 370, 376, 377, 390, 402, 403, 404, 410, 415, 416, 417, 418, 428, 429, 434, 441, 454, 461

And that's just off the top of my head. Plenty more to be had.

For strokers it seems the 402, 408 are the most popular, starting with a 6.0 block. 346s go to 383 with a crank swap.
