Default Replacing block, all bore 388? or stock 346?

does it make sense to replace a stock block with another one or is it more sensible to go with an all bore stroker? is the cam bigger on the all bore? or can i run my g5x2? just wanna know

I am looking to have my car running, Cost efficient beccause i wanna buy an exotic car ontop of my vette. But this thing is becoming a money pit

Then stick with a forged 346ci and put some n2o to it. Power when you need it at a lower price.

All bore is fun but will be alot more expensive then just fixing the problem.

how is it more expensive? I am going through the labor of swapping motors... why replace it with a stock bottom end? whats the price difference between an all bore short block and a stock one? the crank and rods are the same, no?

Right, but the cost of re-sleeving a block for larger bore adds $2-3K on top of the project.
