PRC stage 2.5 243s 61cc chambers

PRC stage 2.5 243s 61cc chambers I have an LQ9 factory pistons and rods/deck height. What is the biggest cam I can run with these heads, without having to fly cut or be concerned with valves hitting pistons ? Thanks I have the older patriot 226 installed now but I'm looking at upgrading and going with a custom spec'd cam.
Using GM MLS gaskets the biggest cam you can run with our 2.5 LS6 heads with a 61 cc chamber is our Torquer V3 cam.
