Total Seal Rings Question I had someone build the bottom end. Well After seeing some obvious errors I need to check everything. I have a set of Total Seal conventional rings for my build. I need to know if anyone knows which is the Top ring and which is the second ring. The only difference I see is one has large writing one it and the other has smaller writing. (Both say TS 4.035) My fear is he installed those wrong too! Thanks in advance!
Don't know if your rings are the same as mine, but I have a new spare set of the AP steel rings, CSH2010-35.
The top ring has no marking on it. The 2nd ring is a napier (outside edge is thinner than the rest of the ring) and has TS 4035 on it.

Look closely at the inside edge of the ring @ the end gap area
Squared or a 45 degree bevel on the top edge will be the top ring
45 degree bevel on the bottom will be the bottom ring
Small painted dot or lettering is usually the side of the ring that faces upward
