Default MP112 4.8 Cam selection

Well I finally registered. I have been a silent viewer of these forums for a long time, finally decided to post. I've decided to tear into the internals to get some more out of my truck. Looking to do heads and cam maybe up the boost.
List of mods to help with selection. 4.8l CAI. MP112 7? lbs 3.7 pulley. TSP long tubes. Catless full 3 in true duals dynomax race bullets. Trans is a T56 with a Spec stg3 clutch and light LS1 flywheel. 4.56 gears Trutrac.
Now I plan to do a cam swap with a head upgrade and a solid tune. I know a 4.8 is easy to over cam TSP recommends a 224r on 114 as the biggest. I was really hoping to get a split duration to help get the spent exhaust out.
Heads I planned to get the TSP 5.3 stage 2.5s to keep my compression mostly stock. I do daily drive this truck but I rarely tap it's power when off the track. I have a dedicated tow truck so it never hauls anything but it's own ***. If I up the boost I want to stay around 9 or 10 lbs don't want to add meth. I would consider small nitrous to drop the iat while chasing 11.5 1/4. Oh yeah single cab short bed 04. Estimate the weight around 4100.

If you want a split duration cam I would recommend a custom cam. The specs would be 219/224 .607/.568 on a 113° LSA.

I'd be inclined to run more/wider split, and around a 214 intake duration.
Like a 214/226 114lsa +3 with some Cam Motion lobes or a Comp Cam LXL/ Extreme RPM (highlift). IVC is 38* and the overlap is -8*.
