Default LG G5X2 GAINS?

Right now I am running ARE stage 2 heads with dual springs and an ARE cam 226\234 .554\.575 112 . I am curious as to what do you think I could gain by swaping cams and tuning of course. Could I re-use my existing heads? Right now I am at 414RWHP 387 RWTQ through my 12 bolt w/4.10s, and chrome AFS ZR1s w/ 315s and full exhaust, no LS1 Edit tuning, just Ed Wright.

Since I am not at all familiar with the flow numbers on the ARE heads, I think that your best bet would be to call Lou at LGM. He knows more about what his latest cam needs than any of the rest of us.

If those ARE heads are milled and have bigger valves ( I know for a while ARE really liked 2.05 and 2.08 intake valves) then the G5X2 *may* not give you enough piston to valve clearance. You're gonna have to pull those heads off to check, you can't just throw the G5X2 in there and assume it'll clear with that combo.
