Default Rear Cover Question

Alright So I put my engine back in my car after a complete overhaul. my question is i have no oil pressure indication. and Im leaking oil between my trans and engine block. I'm Assuming I forgot to torque down my engines rear cover. Could this be the problem? ill be pulling my trans tomorrow and pulling off the oil pan and rear cover just be sure i put in the "Barbell" oil restrictor and everything else.

You would have oil pouring out of the bell housing if it was leaking out of the cover.

Have you checked for pressure with a mechanical gauge ? Common to brake the OPSU when removing intake manifold. The barbell could be missing as you mentioned. There is also a frost plug in the front of the block behind the timing cover. The machine shop may have removed to clean the oil passage. Here's what I'm talking about.
