Looks great!

How long did it take, and what tools were used?

A picture can't really show really good work, and flow numbers are not the measure of how well a head works.

Badly ported heads can be sometimes identified by seeing inconsistency or some other flaw.

Certainly enjoy your project, would be interesting to see multiple ports flowed to find out about consistency but again, not really the measure of a head.

i used a oval shaped carbide burr on a dremel to cut most of the rough cut, also used a thin tapered burr to get some small areas around the valve guide. then used sanding cartridges to smooth the rough cut, 60 grit on intakes, and worked my way done to a very fine cross buff on exhausts. i finished one head in about 5hrs but i was going slow trying to make sure i didnt break through anywhere, other then chunking out the rocker arm stud lump.

And thanks for pissing in my cheerios 96Capricemgr lol, but yes i understand what you mean and im not expecting to break records with these. Just testing to see if the time is worth it doing it myself rather then paying AI or someone over $1k to do it

I've seen some really ugly looking ports make pretty good power, and beautiful looking ports make pathetic power. Aesthetics always take a back seat to proper size and shape, but the valvejob and immediate areas are the best places to concentrate your efforts.
