Default Advice on cam swap

Need help swapping current cam.

01 Camaro SS
Stock bottom end 346
243 heads ported
222/224 .570 .580 112ls
4l60e 4k
stock 10blt (Used 12blt moser 4:88 w/ spool ordered)

Is there any advantage swapping my current cam? Asking since it is a small duration and it came with the car.

Thanks.

Swapping cams. Swapping to a bigger duration cam or lift cam.. Trying to find out if there is a better fit cam for my setup to gain more power.

4.88 gears..?
That's a lot of gear!
I'd plan on swapping in taller gears, like 3.73's when you get it.
As far as cams that depends on how much overlap(lope) you're willing to go with. I'd go with something with at least a 227 intake duration, on up to possibly around a 235 intake duration. Your current cam has -1* overlap, and a cam like a 228/232 114lsa has +4* OL, a 230/234 113lsa has +6* OL, and a 231/238 113ls has +8.5* OL. I would consider +6* OL still very streetable and8.5* OL slightly rougher in terms of idle quality.
