LS6 ported oil pump.

Since I have a 2000 I will be installing a new oil pump. Is this a good choice?

Please search for "ported oil pump" it would give you all the answers you need regarding the oil pump.

The answer for this is fairly obvious.

My car is a 00' Camaro SS and I will be installing a Ported LS6 oil pump. It is a good choice for your car.

Thanks. It's not like I'm a total newbie. I just never made the jump from ls1.com and stayed at z06vette.com for a lot of vette talk. I just didn't know if this pump had any quality control issues or what not. Thanks again. Oh, and I'm holding it down for us Haole's in Hawaii. hahaha

I'd say you can't go wrong with a ported LS6 pump. Especially when you're swapping camshafts, take the extra 30 minutes to switch it out for that added peace of mind
