You will gain 8-10 hp.not worth the work or time.but yes do a search on shorties There are more than a few.

Shorties basically by definition use the stock y-pipe.

I currently have a set of JBA stainless shorties available. They are designed to fit the 2001-2002 model year. I had them on my 02 z28 for 7k miles while in Southern California. They are in nice condition. I am looking for $250 plus shipping.
